Waterbird
How many of you think you need to be at a gym to have a workout? Not true! So not true. I am working on a number of heart pumping, muscle building workouts that can be done anywhere with just some simple equipment. I will post those soon
But meanwhile take a look at this video. Figure out all the different muscles that are exercised just having fun out on the water with this amazing toy! I don't know about you but I want one. It looks like a cross between a pogo stick and a bicycle; but for the WATER! Fun, fun, fun! Whatever you do, make your workouts fun and put some variety in there so you don't get bored. That's what my company is all about, getting fit, but having fun and a sense of humor while your doing it! From Laura at Fit Wit Me, do something fun today that also gets you a great workout.
